We listen, act, and transform
I am a psychotherapist committed to helping my clients lead happier, more fulfilling lives. My work focuses on difficult childhoods, situations that seem hopeless, traumas, developmental and transitional stages, relationship distress, and just plain feeling stuck. I see children, teens, and adults in-person and on Telehealth.
I have always been interested in people’s stories, and in the second half of my life after a technical career and my own therapeutic journey, answered an inner calling to help others and experience freedom, and earned my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from John F Kennedy University.
I am passionate about providing high-quality, ethical therapy in a safe, trusting environment. I am a compassionate, kind, skillful listener, and am also perceptive and understanding. I have experience with a wide diversity of ages and cultures through my interests and training.
I continue my professional training by meeting the requirements of the state of California for Continuing Education Units, am a member of CAMFT and AAMFT, and actively participate in consultation settings.
I would love for us to work together.
